Carrion Point (locally known as Punta Carrión), located on the eastern side of Santa Cruz Island, is a naturally sheltered cove with turquoise waters, offering a great spot for snorkeling and diving. There's no landing here, so you can explore this place by taking a dinghy ride. You can observe a diversity of marine wildlife below the water, like tropical fish, Galapagos rays and sharks. If you're lucky, you'll even be able to see white-tip reef sharks. Seabirds like blue-footed boobies and herons can also be spotted here, nesting on the rocks.
